We are excited to launch the Cook With The Chef series with our very own executive chef Pedro Quintanilla. In our first kitchen get together we will explore the basics of Nuevo Latino cuisine. The Chef will review the basics of the Latin kitchen and we will prepare different types of sofritos and black bean soup. No cooking class is complete without tasting and a good glass of wine, so we will be offering a selection of tapas and wine to complement the evening. These are hands-on classes, space is limited to 20 guests.
